1. Reservations and Payments
   • All reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking.
   • A advance payment is required to confirm your reservation.
   • Rates are subject to change without prior notice, except for confirmed bookings.
2. Check-in and Check-out
   • Check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
   • Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
   • Valid government-issued photo identification is required at check-in.
3. Cancellation Policy
   • Cancellations made at least prior to 3 days the check-in date will be refunded fully.
   • Cancellations made within 3 days of the check-in date will incur a penalty equivalent to one night’s stay.
   • No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
4. Guest Responsibilities
   • Guests are responsible for maintaining the condition of the room and property during their stay.
   • Any damage to property or loss of items will result in additional charges.
   • Smoking is prohibited in non-smoking rooms and designated non-smoking areas.
5. Liability
   • Hotel Gulab Palace is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings. Guests are advised to use in-room safes or secure their valuables.
   • The hotel is not liable for injuries, accidents, or illnesses that occur on the premises unless caused by the hotel’s negligence.
6. House Rules
   • Noise levels must be kept to a minimum to ensure the comfort of all guests.
   • Pets are not allowed unless specified otherwise during booking.
   • Outside food and alcohol are not permitted in the property without prior approval.
7. Special Requests
   • Special requests such as extra beds, room preferences, or dietary requirements will be accommodated when possible but are not guaranteed.
8. Force Majeure
   • The hotel shall not be held liable for failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, or emergencies.
9. Privacy Policy
   • Guest information is collected for reservation and guest management purposes only.
   • Your personal information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
10. Amendments
    • Hotel Gulab Palace reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
